First off, I want to let you know how happy Bill and I are with how quickly and smoothly the house sale proceeded. Please let Dorothy know how much we appreciated her help also. She was always cheerful and prompt with any informaiton or help that we needed. You were both a dream to work with and we hope to work with you again in the future.
